Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All For Solar (Pty) Ltd accepts the following payment methods:

  • Yoco Payments (Debit & Credit Cards)
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Direct Bank Transfer

All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Yoco Card Payments

We accept secure online and in-store card payments via Yoco.

  • Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are accepted.
  • Payments are processed securely through Yoco’s encrypted payment gateway.
  • All For Solar does not store customer card details.
  • Payment confirmation is issued once the transaction is successfully authorized.

If a transaction is declined, customers must contact their bank or card provider.

3. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

  • Customers may choose to pay via direct bank transfer (EFT).
  • Banking details will be provided upon order confirmation or invoice issuance.
  • Orders will only be processed once funds reflect in All For Solar’s bank account.
  • Customers must use their Order Number or Invoice Number as the payment reference.
  • Proof of payment may be sent to: info@allforsolar.com

All For Solar reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared.
  • A tax invoice will be issued for all successful transactions.
  • All For Solarreserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

5. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing errors may be corrected without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Reversals

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Yoco Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used.
  • EFT Payments: Refunds will be paid into the customer’s nominated bank account.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

All For Solar reserves the right to verify banking details before processing EFT refunds.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

All For Solar takes reasonable steps to protect customer information.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification for certain transactions.
  • Cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
