We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order specifications.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions as part of special campaigns.
At present, express or same-day delivery options are not available unless specifically stated.
Order Processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the following business day.
Processing delays may occur due to:
- Payment verification requirements
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Increased order volumes during peak seasons

Once your order has been dispatched:

- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Address Changes
We cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has been placed.

Once an order has been dispatched, rerouting may no longer be possible.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
All For Solar is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. If this occurs, please contact the courier company directly to lodge a claim.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
All For Solar is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us due to:

- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused deliveries
